今回は私が実践と検証を繰り返す中で、実際に効果のあった‘お家森林浴‘の方法をお教えしようと思います。
ちなみにこの方法によって私には以下の効果が実際にありました。
- ストレス軽減効果（ストレス性の高血圧が改善しまして、145/88→123/78とかなりの改善が見られました。）
- 免疫活性効果（特に体が疲れにくくなりました）
- 快眠（朝の目覚めが非常によくなりました）
- 辛い肩こりがなくなりました。
- 仕事・人間関係も脳が上手く働いてくれているせいか、非常に良好となりました。

では早速、お家森林浴の方法を説明していきたいと思います。（超簡単ですよ！）
まず最初に‘切り花‘（一輪で大丈夫です。コップに挿していただいて構いません）でも‘鉢植え（小さいものがベスト）‘でも構わないので、取り敢えず3つ用意します。
そして玄関に一つ、必ず目立つ場所に置いてください。植物ですので暗い環境はあまり良くありません。玄関が暗い場合には電気を常につけておくことをお勧めします。
残りの二つは寝室とリビングに少し気になる場所に置いてください。（複数ある場合にはその都度、増やしてください）
そして出来るだけ長く窓等を開けっぱなしにしていただき（防犯にはお気をつけください）、新鮮な空気が常にお部屋を循環している状態を作ります。＊これが一番重要
寝る前に戸締りをきちんと確認して就寝。
やることはたったこれだけ😁
