今回は皆さんに‘いけばな‘の新しい？楽しみ方のご提案をさせて頂こうと思います。
私は約10年間‘いけばな‘を使った森林浴を家庭で手軽にできないかと試行錯誤を繰り返しておりまして、最近やっと皆さんにご提案できるまでに‘いけばな‘のスキル含めて充足したのではないかと思い、ここにご提案させていただきます。
少し堅苦しくなってしまいましたがここからはざっくばらんに…楽しくご覧くださいね(^^)
まず用意するものは…こちら🎉
左からアロマストーン用のトレイ。こちらは‘生活の木‘というお店にて税込462円で売られている物。アロマストーン（右に置いてある物）を乗せたりティッシュ等にアロマを垂らして同様に置くためのものです。アロマを手軽に楽しむための必需品です！
右にあるのがアロマストーン。お好みのエッシェンシャルオイルを染み込ませて、柔らかく広がる香りが楽しめます。お値段は税込880円で同様に‘生活の木‘さんで売られています。こちらも同様にアロマを手軽に楽しむためのものです。
ただし最初はお好みのお皿にエッシェンシャルオイルを染み込ませたティッシュを置いて楽しむだけで十分。あくまで参考までに☺️
続きましてエッシェンシャルオイル！
このエッシェンシャルオイルはお値段お高めでして、ネットで調べましたところ一番お安い所で税込1.233円でした。（ちなみに一本の容量は10ml）
今回は‘いけばな‘で夏の爽やかさをユキヤナギで表現しようと思っているので、上画像のエッシェンシャルオイル二本をブレンドして夏の森から爽やかな風が通り抜ける様を表現します。
最初は皆さんのお好きな香りで試してみてください。何が正解かは関係ありませんので☺️
ちなみに今回使用したユキヤナギがこちら！
野性味溢れた素晴らしい花材ですので、こちらも全力でこの材料を生かせるよう真剣勝負です。
このユキヤナギという花材はあまり曲げるには不向きな材料ですが、直径2㎜の針金を巻いてなんとか湾曲させました。やはり枝物は曲げると動きが出てきて作品全体のリズムがとりやすいですね。
出来上がった作品がこちら。私が‘いけばな‘を作成する手順は、骨格をまず作ってから肉付けをするスタイルでフラワーアレンジメントではオーソドックスなやり方です。後、作品全体のリズムも大事にしています。どうでしょうか？初夏の爽やかな風をリズミカルに感じていただけるでしょうか😁
お次は‘自然の音‘も加えていきます。こちらはスマートフォン等でYouTubeはじめ様々なアプリから拾えますので、こちらも皆さんのお好きな‘音‘をネットで探して流してみてください。意外に様々なジャンルのお‘音‘があって迷ってしまいますよ！私は今回オーソドックスに‘森の音‘を流してみました。

人間は自然を五感で感じた時、免疫活性効果とストレス低減効果が最大となることが林野庁の研究で立証されています。今回は五感の内、味覚を除く視覚・触覚・嗅覚・聴覚を‘いけばな‘で表現してみました。
